  • Our quality assured system starts with the high level of training and motivation all our cleaners possess, followed by the allocation of a trained supervisor to your home or office who carries out a 36-point quality control check every time.
  • In order to clean faster and more efficiently, we use three person teams, with each member being a specialist in a different area of cleaning.
  • Our cleaning fluids are the best available so the products look after you as well as your home or office. They are also environmentally friendly, not tested on animals and work better than many more readily available products.
  • As part of our precision cleaning system, all our cleaning equipment is color-coded so we prevent any cross-contamination from one area, such as the bathroom, to other areas.
  • As you would expect, we have a complete satisfaction guarantee.

  • Our staff are vetted (including DBS and reference checks) before being allowed to put on our uniform.
  • All staff undergo rigorous training to exceed the nationally recognised NVQ Level 2 and British Institute of Cleaning Sciences standards.
  • All our teams arrive fresh for work and on time in customised company vehicles, in full uniform, all with identification badges displayed.

  • The cleaning products we use are  eco-friendly researched produced and packaged in Kenya.
  • Only the highest quality, state of the art professional products and methods are used in your home or office e.g. our HEPA filtered vacuums are used in Buckingham Palace and cleaning products in Clarence House.
